GIVEAWAY!  It's been awhile since we've had a Giveaway.  We use to have weekly Giveaways at  On The Edge Fitness Facebook page.  This is going to be a special giveaway.  Giveaway ends on April 30th.

Option 1: Send in a quick video clip under 1 minute sharing with me what your goals are and why you think this collection of kettlebell programs/workouts along with a nutrition program will help get you to your goals.   If you have already been using them share with us how you have progressed and how you'd like to get to the next level.

Option 2: Send an original, creative photo or video clip (under one minute) of you, a kettlebell, and one of the products mentioned above with a caption telling us what you like about them and why you want to win.

My favorite saying that my friends seem to have adopted through cancer, spouses dieing and yes, even things like training for my own 70 lb weight loss is as follows:

ZacZ, Thanks you for participating. I am still with Strong First. I believe you have me confused with Keira Newton. She was just promoted to Master RKC with Dragon Door. She thanked a few of her friends on Strong First by tagging us and her announcement showed up on my FB timeline. That's probably where the confusion happened.

Just wanted to clear that up.

I have now been through 2 C-sections since writing this blog post and thankfully I've recovered beautifully from both with the appropriate progressions. For those who are new and are just finding me.
