I am a fitness and nutrition coach who loves what I do! My favorite workout tool of choice is the kettlebell. But I definitely love to use many other types of equipment as well. Fitness to me is only part of the puzzle to have the happy and healthy quality of life people strive for. With my educational background and experiences I make sure to emphasize Nutrition, Lifestyle, Exercise, and a positive mental attitude in peoples lives. I design online nutrition and exercise programs. I also teach private and group kettlebell classes in the Encinitas / San Diego area. Creator of the "Ultimate Body Sculpt and Conditioning with Kettlebells" and "Baby Bells" DVD. Being the mother of 2 little girls I know how hard it can be to make health a priority. I truly enjoy helping everyone from all walks of life reach their dream fitness goals. It can be done!!!
